Carlton’s Leaves

Being a polymer clay artist myself, I’m fascinated by the marriage of polymer and metal clays. Debbie Carlton has take full advantage of the properties of these two materials, using the polymer to infuse a playful shot of color into a textured leaf-shaped metal clay frame. The metal clay provides the weight and substance that polymer flying solo sometimes seems to be lacking.
